The hotel staff was accommodating.
Unfortunately, there was no housekeeping . The bathroom was quite old, and the shower door was unsightly and cracked. I found the comforter just laid on a flat sheet, made me uncomfortable as I prefer a duvet cover. It was disappointing to deal with these issues throughout my visit.

Stayed here for 4 nights and appreciated our choice. It was budget, cosy and with the whirlpool. The location for Boquete was particularly good, right by the center, restaurant and Virtually in downtown yet quiet. Also, we were not very far from The Zapadora.

a peaceful retreat with fine views
I appreciated the spaciousness and quality of the Apartment with Mountain View. The gardens provided a beautiful backdrop. Abdul, our host, offered fantastic recommendations. I loved sitting on the balcony with a mountain view to sip my coffee in the morning.
The Wi-Fi connection could use some improvement .

I really appreciated the beautiful setting at Villa Alejandro. The gardens are fine and provide a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed. Our room, a Family Room with Private Bathroom, was lovely and well-kept, and the staff were helpful in arranging our activities. There were a few issues . The room wasn't cleaned during our six nights. A strange moment occurred upon leaving when a staff member confronted us about a washcloth with some wine spots on it. I felt rushed to pay the extra charge since the taxi was waiting. The Wi-Fi connection was also spotty, frustrating at times. Would consider staying again, but hope for improvements in room service.

The most important was the staff - nice and kind people. The venue was set in the very central position short walk to transport, places to eat and supermarkets, the "jungle " and a quiet area. It also was near the local bus stop.
